Are there delays due to COVID-19? So far, the Zenio distribution center has had no problems fulfilling our promise to deliver packages to couriers. We do our best to ship them the next day, but in many cases they are delivered on the second business day.

Returns and Warranty
What is the return policy for the Zenio baby carrier? We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy for Zenio. If you wish to return it, visit our returns portal, enter your email address and order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. All returns must include the original packaging, user manual, and attached labels.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days. If you return Zenio without the original labels, for safety reasons we cannot accept the return. For any questions, email us at contact@tryzenio.com.
