Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging. We kindly ask you to provide proof of purchase or receipt.
You may return goods within 30 days after notification.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at contact@tryzenio.com. Include your order number, full name, delivery address, and attach a photo of the item in its original condition. Our dedicated team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the process.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
For discounted items, your refund rights are equal to those of full-price items.
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs for you.

Damage and Issues
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are of utmost importance to us. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice damage, we ask you to refuse delivery and take photos of the issue. Contact us immediately, and our team will promptly investigate the problem to provide a satisfactory solution. All products are eligible for free returns.
Exchanges
While we value your satisfaction highly, we currently do not offer product exchanges. We kindly ask you to initiate a return for a refund and, if desired, make a new separate purchase for other items.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours directly from your confirmation email. Contact us at contact@tryzenio.com and we will assist you further.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you by email of the approval of your refund. After approval, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the release of funds by your bank may take longer than this period.

Warranty
Zenio offers a 1-year product warranty, providing coverage for any manufacturing defects. If you need product support or want replacement for defective products, submit a claim via our email address contact@tryzenio.com. We ensure you receive the support you need quickly.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the user. So for example, stains from spaghetti sauce are not eligible.
